Calderdale College is looking to recruit an appropriately qualified and experienced individual to work in the Employer Responsive area with apprentices in College to deliver the newly developed Level 2/3 AAT Apprenticeship Standards and to ensure timely achievements. As a Training Officer for AAT you will work closely with the, Team Leader and the wider College services to ensure the needs of the Apprentices are being met. The appointed individual will be self -motivated and focused who will work effectively as part of a team.

The main purpose of the role is to work effectively with employers to deliver the AAT Level 2 and 3 standards to apprentices and to ensure they achieve timely results through high quality teaching, learning and assessment.

The role requires appropriately qualified and experienced individuals who can demonstrate success in previous roles. This individual will also be able to demonstrate and provide an exemplary role model to their learners.

Please note that these posts are initially available to individuals currently employed in a support capacity-hours available are across the week & as Apprentices are employed may include half term & holiday periods.
