About the role:
You will be responsible for promoting the health, safety and well-being of all students studying at WKC. You will provide advice and guidance to students with pastoral and welfare support needs. You will be responsible for managing safeguarding referrals and supporting students who at risk.

About you:
With appropriate experience and qualifications reflecting a strong background in welfare and safeguarding practice, you will have a track record of working with and supporting vulnerable young people in an educational, youth or social service setting. You must have the ability to communicate with students, and to motivate and support them in their studies. The successful candidate will have experience of working in Child Protection, a multi-agency environment and experience of attending and participating in meetings.
