We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and forward-thinking individual who can function effectively under pressure and would relish the challenge of curriculum managing these specialist areas. It is essential that applicants have a relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification and hold a teaching qualification. These need to be combined with excellent team leading skills.
Courses offered in this area range from Level 1 to Level 7 and include AAT, CIPD, ILM and degree level business courses for Oxford Brookes University. Teaching is required in one or more of these areas as part of this role.
A key member of the faculty management team, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that they can lead, support and motivate others to achieve student success. They will be excited about the opportunity to contribute to the development of the curriculum, and overall faculty, in relation to industry demands. They will join an award-winning management team that sets high expectations and strives for continual improvement, working across both campuses where there is free parking.
