Trainer Assessor – Health & Social Care
We have two positions 1 x Permanent and 1 x Maternity Cover
Salary: £25,740 - £27,452 per annum
Location: Taunton Campus
We are seeking a Trainer Assessor to join our Health & Social Care Team. You will be confident in developing and delivering a curriculum that meets the needs of employers and employees in the Health & Social Care sector. You will be quality driven, student focused and enthusiastic in order to deliver bespoke training and assessment to a wide range of customers.
The ideal candidate to join our current Health & Social Care Team will have strong industry experience, vocational knowledge, an enthusiastic and adaptable attitude to ensure high quality delivery and success for learners. You will have an understanding of current practice and skills required within a modern care service.
Candidates must have a minimum of Level 3 Health or Social care qualification and experience in the sector. You will also have knowledge and experience of teaching, assessing and quality assuring vocational programmes. The successful candidate will be a flexible, proactive problem solver with excellent customer focused team management, IT and report writing skills.
