Key areas of responsibility:

As one of our tutors, you’ll be so much more than just a teacher. WEA delivers from a variety of community venues in and around the Lincolnshire areas forming true partnerships with the community. Dealing with some of the most disadvantaged students, This role is to develop students Using Computers, Mobile Devices, Software & Social Media you’ll go the extra mile to build their confidence, develop their knowledge and skills, and empower them to define and achieve their life goals. In short, you will be a catalyst for profound change, and you’ll enjoy considerable autonomy as you prepare course materials, identify students’ needs, adapt courses and continually assess the effectiveness of your approach.


About You:

A qualified and capable IT teacher with experience of delivering from pre-entry to Level 2, you will be keen to engage with disadvantaged people and rekindle their love of learning, and you will share our passion for egalitarianism and empowerment.
