We’re looking for an individual committed to quality and following processes to deliver effective scheduling of module timetables and exams.

Our busy Student Experience department are looking to recruit an individual with a keen eye for detail to prepare and distribute the webinar timetable to students and internal staff members. You will liaise with the Head of Academic Studies to set assessment and exam dates for all modules that we offer. Organisation is key in this role as you will arrange Assessment Scrutiny Boards and will be required to book meeting rooms, send calendar invites, prepare agendas, take minutes, record actions etc. You will make necessary arrangements for apprentice workshops including booking rooms, dealing with purchase orders, timetables and will be required to provide a strong level of communication with students. You’ll be a key influence in supporting students and helping them to succeed!

Key qualities we’re looking for include:
• GCSE Maths and English qualification (or equivalent) at minimum grade C
• Commitment to quality and following processes
• Strong communication skills with a commitment to great customer service
• Capable ability to prioritise and manage a demanding workload
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Strong computer literacy
• Experience using a database as part of your role
• Strong ability establishing effective relationships with staff at all levels
