POST TITLE: Learning and Development Advisor
SALARY: Support Scale SO1/SO2 £29,032 to £33,410 inclusive of London Weighting
HOURS: Full Time - 36 hours per week, 52 week per year
LOCATION: Southgate, but may be required to travel to any one of our main campuses

Working as part of the Organisational Development team, this role will work collaboratively across the organisation to embed our online and face-to-face learning offer and support this with the design, coordination, and evaluation of our internal training and development programme.
You will support the effective delivery and continuous progression of the Learning and Development elements of our People strategy, working closely with middle and senior managers to identify learning and development needs and collaborating with internal and external providers to deliver learning which meets corporate priorities and strategies for organisational capability and improvement.
