TRS Training specialise in the delivery of Apprenticeship programmes to the Logistics and Manufacturing sectors and since the introduction of the new levy system we have experienced significant growth in apprenticeship delivery and the development of Management & Customer Service Apprenticeships specifically for the Logistics and Haulage sectors.
In addition, we have recently been appointed by the RHA (Road Haulage Association) to deliver a range of Apprenticeship programmes on behalf of their members throughout the UK.
In order to manage this growth and maintain our high delivery standards we need to recruit an experienced Trainer with experience to complement our existing team.

Within this role you will take an active role in motivating and supporting learners throughout their apprenticeship by building strong relationships and challenging them to reach their full potential. You will also work closely with our clients to ensure a positive experience for them and their apprentices. Taking a collaborative approach, you will need to be creative as within your role you'll be involved in curriculum design and delivery. You will be a specialist within Leadership and Management and share this knowledge with the wider team, so fantastic teamwork is a must! Also, with an eye for detail and organisation, you will be striving to be the best and will be keen to evaluate your practice.
Applicants must hold qualifications below.
• Teaching or training experience of management and customer service programmes
• Experience of developing schemes of work and bespoke training programmes
• Excellent interpersonal skills, being able to communicate effectively with employer and learners
• Excellent IT skills
• English and maths to level 2
• Recognised management qualification to at least Level 4
• Recognised teaching qualification
This role is being offered on a full-time permanent basis. Due to the nature of the role travel may be required therefore a car and full UK driver’s licence is essential. DBS checks will also be carried out for the successful applicant.
