We are looking for an individual with an eye for detail and can provide excellent customer service for our students – apply if this is you!

Within this role, you will have a variety of duties and responsibilities including the processing of exam/module results, as well as preparing documentation and reports to be used in Board of Examiners Meetings. Joining the Academic Registry – Quality & Standards team, you will work together to effectively contribute to both Mitigating Circumstance and Academic Misconduct cases, providing administration support with case decisions, outcomes and student advice. Working within a busy and lively team, an ethos of proactive continuous improvement is essential. With many crucial deadlines throughout the academic year, this role is perfect for someone who is organised and can manage their time effectively. You’ll be a key influencer in supporting students and helping them to succeed!

Key qualities we’re looking for include:

• GCSE Maths and English qualification (or equivalent) at minimum grade C
• Experience with administration work within a customer service setting
• Previous experience using a database as part of your role
• Strong communication skills and ability to apply diplomacy, tact and discretion where appropriate
• Keen eye for detail
• Strong computer literacy
• Can manage time and workload effectively
• Commitment to quality and following processes
