We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Support Centre Assistant to join a busy team in Leeds. Working as a team member this role will include a high level of customer service, data entry and support to internal and external stakeholders.
We require a Support Centre Assistant to deal with all aspects of the Association`s processing tasks, meeting set deadlines and standards. The post holder will provide telephone and email support to internal and external stakeholders in a busy customer focused office environment.
The post holder will also assist with general administration, the implementation and maintenance of information systems and procedures for all types of provision to agreed standards.
To be successful in this post you will need excellent customer service and communication skills along with efficient and accurate IT skills.
Please note this role is for 35 Hours per week, hours will cover 8.00am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8.00am to 1.00pm on Saturdays on a shift pattern basis.
