PM Training is part of the Aspire Housing Group and is a leading training provider and social enterprise. We offer various routes to apprenticeships, employment and further education through vocational courses, employability training and study programmes.
The Quality & Compliance Team Leader will lead PM Training’s data management and submission processes, ensuring data is fit for purpose and compliant with funding and regulatory requirements.
We are looking for an experienced MIS professional with previous supervisory or management experience as the role will be directly responsible for a small team of data analysists and administrators. The ability to build strong relationships and promote collaborative working is essential.
The successful candidate with have proven data analysis skills and will be experienced in the use of provider data self-assessment toolkit (PDSAT) and submission of ILR’s coupled with an in-depth understanding of funding rules. Previous experience of supporting funding agency audits would be beneficial.
