PM Training is part of the Aspire Housing Group and is a leading training provider and social enterprise. We offer various routes to apprenticeships, employment and further education through vocational courses, employability training and study programmes.

We currently have a newly created opportunity for a senior manager to drive forward PM Training’s strategic approach to quality and compliance.

The role will be responsible for leading on the transformational development and implementation of robust quality and compliance improvement processes that drive continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role within the education and training sector with experience of leading on ESFA / contractual audits and in the preparation and implementation of funding rule changes.
