SIAS (Science Industry Assessment Services)
Assessment Manager

We have an exciting opportunity to join our highly successful (and growing) Apprenticeship End Point Assessment Organisation within a newly created role.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, this role will give you the opportunity to be part of a management team that is supporting business growth. You will take the lead for managing the assessment process within SIAS, having specific responsibility for external and internal quality assurance activities, self- assessment and continuous improvement.

Working with the MD and the Head of Operations, you will ensure that all assessments are produced, marked and graded in accordance with the Trailblazer assessment plans. You will be key in producing support documentation to guide learners, training providers and employers through their EPA journey, requiring technical expertise and knowledge of the science industry.
This role will support SIAS in its mission to be the end point assessment organisation of choice for science and engineering apprenticeships and a trusted partner for science industry companies.

If you can demonstrate both an excellent working knowledge and experience within the scientific qualifications and assessment sector, coupled with the appetite and skills to be part of a management team within a small, growing business, we would like to speak with you. This position is based in our Warrington Head Office and is a full time, permanent position.
