We have an exciting opportunity for an apprentice to join our Admin Team based in Bournemouth. Using your excellent administration skills, you will support the Admin Team by dealing with incoming queries, creating and distributing agreements and uploading data to our central databases. You will also provide essential support the Finance Team with the processing of payments and invoices.
Qualifications and experience required:
Previous experience working within an administration role
Experience working with a team
GCSE English and Maths grade A-C or equivalent
Skills and behaviours required:
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
The ability to learn new systems quickly
Good communication skills
Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable to change

The ability to liaise with colleagues and external stakeholders at all levels
