About the Role

We are looking for a Programme and Assessment Administrator to provide administration services for the Programmes Team within YMCAfit. Fulfilling the requirements of courses, in relation to staffing, assessments and certification to support the achievement of the charity’s vision and YMCAFit’s strategy.


About You

Ideally you will have worked in an educational environment, and have the following skills and experience;

•NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
•Experience working in a quality driven, customer focused environment
•Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
•Strong IT skills, experience of using CRM systems or similar would be an advantage.

In addition to the above you will have excellent administrative and time management skills. You will have a proven track record of working within a customer focused environment.
