We are currently seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, driven and successful Business Development Account Manager to join our Employer engagement and sales Services.
In this exciting role you will work across the training academy to grow, build and develop sustainable, mutually beneficial relationships with employers and contribute to the successful promotion and development of the traineeship and apprenticeship offer.
Within your role you will make contact with local and nationwide businesses. You will liaise with strategic partners, employer decision-makers to undertake training needs and recommend provision that contribute to providing solutions to their needs/growth plans, keep full and up to date records of businesses whilst also working across the training academy to ensure current knowledge of full provision.
The successful candidates must have:
– Experience of working with key accounts
– Experience of working with apprenticeships, offering advice and where appropriate completing the on-boarding process.
– Proven experience in growing revenue or sales
– Commercial experience working with businesses and key stakeholders in different areas
– A full, clean driving license and be willing to use their car for work purposes
Suitable candidates will also have excellent communication and influencing skills, along with demonstrable effective sales skills (including lead generation and conversion, delivering against stretching financial and non-financial targets).
