Step Ahead, reputable in Recruitment, Training and Employability have been successful in securing additional public funding for our training provision for unemployed adults, we are now seeking an experienced and exceptional trainer/assessor to become part of our dynamic team – could this be you?

What skills are we looking for?

•Proven experience training and assessing Level 2 in Cleaning and Support Services, Retail and Personal and Social Development.
•An in-depth knowledge of working with the unemployed.
•Experience in delivering functional skills in maths and English to level 2
•Excellent written, verbal and presentation communications skills
•Ability to build good relationships with learners and employers
•Good understanding of training
•Experience in creating and writing training programmes
•Moderate degree of computer literacy, using Office.
•Enthusiasm and energy
•Honesty and integrity
•Genuine desire to develop candidates to achieve their full potential
•Assessor and relevant training qualification essential
