The role requires a good knowledge of ESFA/ ESF funding and performance rules and of the OFSTED Common Inspection Framework. You will have overall responsibility for the development and delivery of regulated & non-regulated learning programmes from assessment to achievement for progression into employment and education, as well as monitoring and reporting internal, and subcontractor’s, quality of learning with a view to exceeding minimum standards. You will be familiar with ESF cross cutting themes and capable of drafting and developing appropriate policies and processes. You will also have experience of selecting, recruiting and managing tutors/ trainers/ IQA’s as required. The role encompasses the overall management of learning delivery including, for example, standardisation, awarding body accreditation, curriculum development, audit and monitoring, and safeguarding, as well as responsibility for achievement rates. The ideal candidate will be a team-player and a self-starter, with the drive and ability to identify and maximise education and training programmes that align to London’s economic growth.
