We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Personal Tutor to join our winning team. You will support learners to achieve their Automotive qualifications through effective use of learning resources and facilitate both workplace and off the job training as required.

Qualifications and experience required:

Relevant industry experience in the Automotive sector
Practical workshop experience ideally within a commercial Automotive environment
Teaching qualification (AiET, DET, Cert Ed, PGCE) or achievement of this within 2 years of appointment
Relevant technical certificates
GCSE English & Maths at grade C or above or equivalent
Minimum of Level 2 in Functional Skills - Maths, English & ICT
Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject area

Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
Ability to plan your own workload
IT literate, with the ability to adapt to new systems easily
Confident decision maker
Flexible & adaptable to change
Self-motivated
Ability to influence & motivate learners
Clean driving licence with access to a car
