The David Ross Education Trust is looking for an ambitious HR Administrator to join our head office team based in Loughborough. This role is for 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday) and term time only. (We could be flexible on number of hours per week)

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a dynamic and innovative Multi-Academy Trust. You must have excellent and natural interpersonal skills with effective administration skills to work as part of our HR Team. Previous recruitment experience is desirable.

As one of our HR Administrators, you will provide highly effective administrative support to our Academies based from our Head Office in Loughborough. You will be responsible for supporting the HR Team to deliver our People Strategy and operational delivery of teaching and non-teaching recruitment. You will also support the HR team with administation relating to performance management, reward and recognition, employee engagement, policy development, training, TUPE and restructuring programmes.

Salary £16,143- £19,730 pa 37 hour week, 40 weeks (term time only) (£18,000 to £22,000 pa FTE)

About You

Successful experience of working within an administrative role, preferably within recruitment
Extensive experience of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
Experience of working with confidential information on a daily basis
Exceptional interpersonal skills to liaise with external candidates and recruitment bodies as well as Principals and senior leadership within the Trust
A positive and can-do attitude
