Established as a multi-academy trust by the Diocese of Lincoln in December 2013, we’re a unique organisation that celebrates the individuality of every school whilst promoting an uncompromising belief in the power of collaboration and distinct Christian ethos to support all our c2600 pupils be the best they can be.

Based in Lincoln, you’ll be joining a committed and successful central team that will look to you for leadership, support and challenge. You’ll work closely with our CEO, influencing and leading at a strategic level on key priorities across the trust. You’ll also have the opportunity to work directly with a group of committed and ambitious leaders in one of our three ‘hubs’ - providing strategic direction and school improvement support for a small group of schools.

We’re a creative and inclusive organisation, willing to embrace new ideas and innovative ways of working and will look to you to inspire and challenge us.
