We are recruiting for an experienced motivating and engaging Curriculum Manager to cover the West Midlands. The successful candidate will be experienced in the delivery of Apprenticeships and other learning programmes.

The main purpose of this role is to develop and maintain curriculum and delivery models for Aspiration Training’s learning programmes. This involves the creation of engaging learning materials and associated collateral to support outstanding teaching and learning.


Key Duties:

Growth:

Manage the implementation of new delivery models curriculum and learning resources as required
Provide a high quality, learner experience fit for the target market to support high achievement of qualifications.
Control any expenditure related to development of content.
Support with the development and mapping of key employer internal programmes to maximise impact and efficiency.


People:

Contribute to the overall learning strategy.

Ensure own CPD and professional competency is maintained
Undertake development with teams to address issues identified through audit


Quality & Compliance:

Set out clear schedules to review and update all delivery models, curriculum and learning resources to ensure they are fit for purpose.
Undertake editorial, technical and functional reviews of deliverables against apprenticeship standards and other learning courses.
Develop effective learning resources offering high quality teaching and learning into delivery models.
Effectively communicate production schedules and progress, risks and issues to all relevant parties through agreed processes.
Develop content to national standards for learning delivery to agreed time, budget and quality.
Agree the scope, scale and content of learning programmes and delivery models.
Provide detailed delivery solutions, schemes of work, content and staff training materials.
Translate operational and employer requirements into effective learning programmes.
Support implementation and roll out of new products and resources.
Provide evidence to show that schemes of work cover curriculum, awarding body, quality, audit and operational requirements.
Support in gaining centre approval and accreditation for any new qualifications to be delivered sourcing the most appropriate awarding organisation.
Ensure delivery models and resources are embedded into delivery practice via sector standardisation, training and development and observations of teaching and learning.
Keep up to date with wider environmental factors and the impact upon learning programmes


Stakeholders:

Working with graphic designers to ensure the end product is engaging learning content.
Build excellent relationships with operational colleagues and external customers.
Share and disseminate best practice curriculum across the company
Promote a positive and professional image of the Company and all of the services it delivers


Entry requirements:

3+ yrs experience in the delivery of Apprenticeships and other learning programmers
Commercial acumen and credibility
Demonstrable experience in developing curriculum within an ITP
Strong working knowledge of Estyn and Ofsted inspection frameworks
Satisfactory Employment/Disclosure checks, commensurate to job role
Desirable: L5 Leadership/Management qualification
