Ealing Adult Learning Service is seeking to appoint a Curriculum and Quality Development Manager to make a significant contribution to an exciting and ambitious future. With a strong quality and standards profile, the service is well positioned to meet the needs of students, stakeholders and employers well into the future.

As Curriculum and Quality Development Manager you will innovate, shape and develop the curriculum offer in response to national education policy and employers and learners' skills needs. You will lead our drive for outstanding provision across our education divisions and will demonstrate a track record of delivering quality improvement in curriculum, including apprenticeship provision.

The post requires an energetic and creative professional, committed to improving learning and learner outcomes through harnessing the benefits of technology at every stage of the learning process. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have a clear vision of quality improvement strategies, knowledge of the government agencies requirements and experience of Ofsted inspection is essential.

You will build strong links with existing stakeholders and will use innovative approaches to engage with new employers and community groups in order to generate additional income streams for the service.

This role is deemed customer facing and as such you must have a command of spoken English which is sufficient to enable you to effectively perform the role. This requirement relates to Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016
