Cambridgeshire Skills, formerly Cambridgeshire Adult Learning and Skills Service, is seeking to appoint a full-time enthusiastic and highly motivated Admissions and Customer Service Co-ordinator to assist in providing high quality, responsive and accessible learning opportunities in Cambridgeshire.

This post will lead a team of Admissions and Customer Service staff, working across multi-sites, providing a comprehensive range of services that will support learners through their route into and through the Service by providing high quality, customer services including information, advice & guidance, undertaking initial assessments, guiding and enrolling learners into the correct learning programmes and providing ongoing advice and support.

It will also ensure that learners are accurately informed about costs and charges and financial support.

The services you will provide will contribute to the achievement of Service funding, income and quality targets.

Closing date midday on Monday 2nd September August 2019. Interviews are expected to be held on Friday 20 September in March Community Centre.
