We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Quality Improvement Coach to join our winning team. With your understanding of the principles of quality improvement, you will support our Personal Tutors to deliver an outstanding teaching and learning experience to our learners. You will also deliver outstanding quality improvement programmes for your operational region that support the timely completion of each learner’s journey.

Qualifications and experience required:
Leadership & Management Level 5 qualification or occupational competency
TAQA L4 or equivalent
AiET or equivalent
Level 2 English and Maths
An excellent understanding of the principles of quality improvement and a track record of taking actions that impact positively on the learner’s experience
In depth knowledge of work based learning as well as the requirements of the standards and each qualification in your field
A track record of building relationships and success in developing others to achieve excellence
Excellent vocational competency in your field
