We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our winning team to identify both new starts and to take responsibility for the effective management of accounts within organisations who will benefit from the high quality Apprenticeship solutions we have to offer.
You will have account management experience and able to quickly identify and win new clients to contribute to your monthly targets.

Qualifications and experience required:
Successful track record of meeting targets
Experience in managing accounts in a consultative yet influential way
Experience of presenting to and working with decision makers
A strong commercial background
Experience using SPIN (or other solution) and challenger sales paradigms
Skills and behaviours required:
The ability to manage your own workload
Strong communication and business skills
The ability to present solutions to clients in formal and informal environments
Well-developed interpersonal and motivational skills
