We have an exciting opportunity for a Curriculum Manager to develop programmes within a professional learning management platform, which supports every aspect of Apprenticeship delivery on the system. The role will be to support the National Quality manager and Paragon Skills, during this exciting time of growth within the business.

The purpose of the role is to develop all programmes, including standards and new initiatives, providing Paragon Skills with an excellent portfolio that meets market demand. In addition, the Curriculum Manager will manage the development of all core products providing a base line from which all contextualised curriculum solutions can be designed.

The role will be a combination of working remotely and travelling to meet potential clients with the Client Solutions team.

Qualifications and experience required:

Knowledge and experience in the development of curriculum provision and the ability to contextualise the programme to the workplace setting
Recent experience and understanding of the FE sector, including Apprenticeships and levy development
A sound quality background
Full understanding of Apprenticeship Standards
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the delivery of Apprenticeships and other learning programmes
Strong working knowledge of Ofsted inspection frameworks
Relevant teaching or Degree level qualification
English/Literacy level 3
Assessor and/or Verifier qualification

Competent in the use of technology with excellent IT skills and experience with utilising learning systems
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
The ability to work in a fast-moving environment and meet tight deadlines
Able to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems
Self-motivation and can-do attitude
Use of a car and clean driving licence
Able to work flexible hours and commit to overnight stays as and when required
