We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised Partnership Administrator to join our winning team. You will be responsible for completing paperwork, reporting on data and maintaining learner records as well as ensuring all admin processes are completed effectively. You will have excellent communication skills and will be confident dealing with people at all levels.

Previous experience working within an administration role
Experience working within the Apprenticeship sector would be advantageous but is not essential
Skills and behaviours required:
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
Accurate data entry skills
Ability to plan, organise and prioritise your own workload
Strong desire to succeed and achieve deadlines and targets
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to learn new systems quickly
Strong communication skills
Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable to change with the ability to think on your feet
Ability to liaise with colleagues at all levels
Ability to keep calendars and invites up to date
Able to organise classes and ensure exam dates are set and booked
