We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Operations Manager to join our winning team. You will manage the effective delivery of a multi-qualification Academy, specialising in Marine and Automotive qualifications. You will maintain and grow strong relationships with our clients, pro-actively developing a deep understanding of their strategic goals, target achievements and Levy fund expenditure.

Qualifications and experience required:

Successful track record of leading and developing a high performing team in a work place learning environment primarily in a campus based setting (experience of managing a remote team would be advantageous)
Experience of effectively delivering on deadlines, objectives and targets
Functional Skills at level 2 Maths and English
AQA/IVA qualification would be advantageous
