Bolton College is looking to recruit an inspirational Curriculum Leader for our Foundation Studies curriculum areas: Pathways to Progression and Skills for Independence.
We are looking for a highly motivated and innovative Curriculum Leader to lead this fast developing team. With direction from the Head of Area, you will innovate in curriculum and deliver dynamic teaching and learning. You will be a key member of the College’s Management Team and contribute to operational and strategic management initiatives as a part of the College’s journey and vision to deliver an outstanding curriculum to the communities we serve.
It is essential that you have wide experience of Foundation Learning provision and an excellent skillset in order to lead on strategies to support learners with behavioural, emotional and confidence difficulties in the Pathways to Progression department. You will lead curriculum development for learners with learning difficulties and disabilities in order to develop life and independence skills within the Skills for Independence department.
Qualified to degree level, you will have extensive experience of leading and motivating a team of staff and a track record of teaching to a high standard. Excellent knowledge of curriculum and a teaching qualification are essential. If you are passionate, ambitious and enthusiastic, then we’d love to hear from you.
