We have a new and exciting role for an Employability Tutor.
Key areas of responsibility:
We are looking for an experienced Employability Tutor to deliver courses throughout Liverpool City Region in line with the AEB for work and skills agenda, to post 19 students, including vulnerable adults, in community settings. As one of our tutors, you`ll be so much more than just a teacher. Forming true partnerships with your students, you`ll go the extra mile to build their confidence, develop their knowledge and skills, and empower them to define and achieve their life goals. In short, you will be a catalyst for profound change, and you`ll enjoy considerable autonomy as you prepare course materials, identify and respond to students` needs, and continually assess the effectiveness of your approach.
As a qualified, experienced and capable Employability Tutor, you will be keen to engage with people from a range of disadvantaged backgrounds and rekindle their love of learning, and you will share our passion for egalitarianism and empowerment. Because we serve people from all walks of life, we are keen to develop a diverse workforce and particularly welcome applications from members of minority groups.
