We are seeking an Information, Advice, Guidance and Support Officer to provide excellent and professional customer service within all Student Services activity. The successful post holder will support the wider operations of the Student Services team such as effective reporting on all activity and the implementation against key performance indicators.

With the ability to work on your own initiative or as part of a team, you will provide an information and guidance service to current and prospective students, employers and members of the public. This may be via telephone, in person, e-mail and digital/social platforms.
