An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Service Apprentice within SharEd Services which is part of The City of Liverpool College Group.

You will learn how to operate as part of the IT Services Team dealing with all aspects of IT customer service and support. The successful candidate will ensure efficient operation of the helpdesk service, dealing with IT requests from all departments within the college.
