YMCA at OneKX is our newest centre that is set to become London’s premier mind and body destination. Our philosophy is to put programmes in place that encourage personal growth, promote tolerance and build the health of spirit, mind and body for all. We have crafted our range of Pilates and yoga classes to suit all levels of ability and interest. All classes and 1-2-1 sessions make the perfect complement to cardiovascular exercise, athletic training or rehabilitation.
Do you want to be part of this? We have an exciting opportunity to join the OneKX team as a Training and Education Coordinator. You will play a key role in the management and coordination of administration processes and providing support to students and Instructor Trainers before, during and after courses and exams.
If you’re looking to play a pivotal role in the management of the education and class programme whilst providing outstanding customer care to stakeholders and customers then this could be the perfect role for you. You will be able to:
•Maintain and develop the YMCA Licence Training Centre programme, workshops and classes to ensure customer needs are exceeded.
•Develop, implement and maintain effective systems and procedures.
•Own the maintenance of updating records of all Instructors.
•Ensure there are appropriate staffing levels to run the class and workshop programme effectively.
•Maximise business opportunities to help the STOTT Pilates programme increase provision in line with growth objectives.
Are you up for the challenge? You will have excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills. You will feel motivated in a fast paced environment and feel passionate about offering a great customer service. You will also need:
•Experience of working in a front facing customer service environment.
•Experience and working knowledge of project administration and project management.
•Experience of creating and managing financial budgets.
•Excellent organisational skills and a high attention to detail.
•To be flexible in your approach to working.
