Calderdale College is looking to recruit an outstanding practitioner who is enthusiastic and committed to work in Computing and IT, delivering across Further Education from level 1 to 3 and Apprenticeships. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and develop future curriculum as we move to an innovative Project Based Learning approach in partnership with a number of major employers.

The successful candidate will be adaptable and learner focused with a proven track record of delivering outstanding learning and high achievement rates. They will have experience of teaching, learning and assessment on computing courses from Level 1 to 3 and/ or A level across a range of units. In particular, we are looking for someone with skills to deliver one or more of the following: Software Development, Cyber Security or Networking and with an understanding of Agile working.

This role requires someone who is a dynamic, innovative and creative individual with the ability to influence and motivate students and determination to achieve success in all aspects of the role. For the exceptional candidate a salary enhancement may be offered.
