Salary: £37,497 - £41,122 per annum for 36 hours per week, Term Time plus 4 weeks
(FTE £39,881 - £43,737 pa – For the right candidate, depending on experience, a maximum FTE salary up to £48,515 pa will be considered)

Hours: 36 hours per week, Term Time plus 4 weeks (Flexible working will be considered)

Location: This role will require you to work across 2 sites from the following sites (Camberwell/ Carshalton, Wandsworth, West Drayton and Uxbridge), however travel to other locations within the Trust may be required with consultation.

Students within Orchard Hill College have a wide range of learning abilities and additional needs including complex autism; speech, language and communication difficulties and physical disabilities including multi-sensory impairment and complex health needs.
Pupils within the OHC&AT have a wide range of speech, language and communication difficulties; social, emotional and mental health; learning abilities and additional needs.

We require an Occupational Therapist Specialist (Band 7) to work as part of our dynamic multi-disciplinary team (including SALTs, Physiotherapists and Music Therapists) to support our learners in accessing all aspects of the curriculum, as well as liaising with parents/carers and other external professionals and agencies. You will work closely with teaching staff, helping to integrate therapy and learning objectives, as well as instructing and supporting teaching staff in delivering therapy programmes and use of specialised equipment. You will also deliver training to other staff.
