Salary: £24,641 - £32,475 (pro-rata for part time)

We want the successful candidate to have recent industrial and commercial experience in the sector and to be a driving force in setting up our new ‘Chefs’ Whites Academy’.
Our new curriculum offer is an exciting blend of a full-time hospitality and catering offer that will lead to a guaranteed apprenticeship at high quality businesses within this occupational area.
Your role will involve the marketing, delivery and assessment of our Hospitality & Catering courses across various levels. In the first instance, delivery will focus entirely around the City & Guilds Level 2 Professional Cookery qualification. You will also be required to lead on course leadership and internal verification responsibilities, as well as liaising with local businesses to ensure that all our learners have relevant industry skills and are work ready after their curriculum completion.
