Orchard Hill College, based across seven college centres, and Orchard Hill College Academy Trust, comprising 14 academy schools, together form Orchard Hill College and Academy Trust (OHC&AT), a family of specialist education providers for pupils and students from nursery to further education across London, Surrey and Sussex.
The uniqueness of OHC&AT is that it is fully representative of all designations of special education needs and disabilities. Pupils and students within the Orchard Hill College Academy Trust have a wide range of speech, language and communication difficulties; social, emotional and mental health; learning abilities and additional needs.
We require an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to work as part of our schools’ dynamic multi-disciplinary team to support our students and pupils in accessing all aspects of the curriculum, as well as liaising with parents and carers and other external professionals and agencies. You will work closely with teaching staff, helping to integrate therapy and learning objectives, as well as instructing and supporting teaching staff in delivering therapy programmes/groups and use of specialised equipment. You will also deliver training to other staff.
