Working closely with Faculty management teams you will lead improvement in all aspects of the quality of teaching, learning and assessment. Your primary focus will be on raising standards in teaching, training, learning and assessment. You will work with Directors of Faculty, Curriculum Managers, Teachers, Raising Standards Leaders, Quality Improvement Leaders and Managers across college to raise standards and add value to improve the learner experience.

You will be the person who leads strategy for teaching and learning more widely and leads and coordinates Teaching and Learning as an inspection provision type or key strategic theme. You will share good practices and shape our performance in teaching and learning moving forward.

You will support the development of staff, focusing on the quality of teaching, learning and assessment and personal development, behaviour and welfare through your leadership of continuous professional development.
