Calderdale College is looking to recruit a Quality Administrator within our Quality department.

The successful candidate will work alongside the Quality Systems Manager, the Teaching Learning and Assessment Quality Manager and the Assistant Principal Quality & Learner Services to ensure that appropriate quality systems and procedures are in place and conducted across all College functions in line with internal and external standards such as: Awarding Bodies, the Ofsted Common Inspection Framework and the ESFA. You will be accountable for recording, monitoring and reporting compliance and contributing to the on-going development of quality processes and procedures across the College.

This role will require you to support activity relating to the College quality assurance systems and procedures including administering meetings, supporting the teaching, learning and assessment strategy, administering the maintenance of the College’s policies and procedures, administering customer complaints and learner feedback, supporting the production of a range of in-house performance reports and ensuring all quality assurance information is current and accurate.

You will need to be an excellent communicator. You will be driven, show enthusiasm for customer service and be confident in communicating effectively with a wide range of College staff and other stakeholders in a variety of formats. You will have a positive and flexible attitude to work, be well organised, have the ability to meet tight deadlines and you must be a supportive and co-operative team player.
