Macclesfield College is seeking an enthusiastic and efficient Learner Experience Assistant to join its Learner Experience Department.
Working in collaboration with Curriculum and Business Support colleagues, you will be responsible for providing a consistently high quality administrative and customer facing service in support of our learners and will have the ability to develop and maintain appropriate College administrative systems.
An effective communicator, who enjoys working in a busy team environment you will have excellent organisational skills and possess the ability to prioritise your workload to achieve changing timelines, demonstrating at all times attention to detail.
You will have a good standard of education with a good level of literacy and numeracy at Level 2 or equivalent in Maths and English. An IT qualification is desirable. A level 2 qualification in Information, Advice & Guidance is desirable or the willingness to work towards one.
