WMC is looking for Supervisors who can support our customer facing team through some exciting changes as we seek to continually improve services to our learners.
This role will organise the day to day work of the team, support staff in their roles to ensure that all learners and visitors to the College receive outstanding customer care. This will include supervising the whole enrolment process from first enquiry to the collection of learner enrolment data, ensuring it is efficient and effective and complies with audit, data protection and funding regulations. This role will ensure learner complaints are investigated and that these are used to promote within the team a positive culture of continual improvement that will enhance and improve the learner experience.
