To manage the effective delivery of Apprenticeship provision. To ensure that both apprentices and employers have an outstanding experience. To establish and develop relationships with local and regional employers. To ensure that students achieve in line with learning aims. To respond effectively to employer needs, growing and adapting offers to fit with demand ensuring that exceptional levels of quality and service are achieved in line with the high aspirations of the college. The key focus of the role is to improve and quality assure the College’s apprentice provision. This is a key, new role and the person appointed will need to be able to demonstrate a track record of success.
