Our Resourcing team ensures that we have the right people with the right skills to support companies in achieving their objectives to develop their Apprentice programme.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As Resourcing Team leader and a key member of this busy team, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive, high quality and efficient recruitment service across the organisation, whilst demonstrating a real commitment to attracting and recruiting a diverse range of talented people in addition to managing a team.
You will plan and coordinate recruitment activity for specific companies, supporting the Resourcers in filling high quality vacancies, through the whole recruitment cycle. You will also work in partnership with other key stakeholders including specific sector managers and assessors and will be key to ensuring we deliver the best service possible to all our customers, strengthening the position as a provider of choice for the employer.
You will have a proven track record of managing a team, including appraising staff, develop and implement entrepreneurial and business- like practices within a recruitment team’ coordinating recruitment campaigns in line with organisational policies and procedures, along with up to date knowledge of recruitment best practice. Your ability to develop relationships quickly is really important, as too is your experience in providing advice and guidance, including presentations to internal and external applicants. You need to have strong organisational skills and be able to juggle a number of priorities at the same time, whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy. Your ability to use your initiative to proactively deal with queries is also required.
