ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking confident, target driven outgoing individuals to join our ever growing Apprenticeship team as Resourcers. The Job Shop is an integral service within the college where we promote external Apprenticeship vacancies
Our Resourcer team ensures that we match the right people with the right skills to Apprenticeship vacancies. As a key member of this busy team, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive, high quality and efficient recruitment service, whilst demonstrating a real commitment to attracting and recruiting a diverse range of talented people.
You will support candidates to develop and prepare for Apprenticeships vacancies, Traineeships, Study Programme Industry Placements and Work Experience opportunities and Job trials.
You will coordinate recruitment activity for specific companies wanting to employ an Apprentice, supporting Business Advisors in filling high quality vacancies. You will work in partnership with other key stakeholders including the Apprenticeship delivery teams and will be key in ensuring we deliver the best recruitment service to employers and candidates. You will have a good understanding of Apprenticeship standards and frameworks within various sectors and how they fit with employer vacancies, ensuring the right candidate is matched to the employer.
Applicants should have a proven track record of coordinating recruitment campaigns in line with organisational policies and procedures, together with up to date knowledge of recruitment best practice, which includes providing careers advice and guidance, presentations to both internal and external applicants, preparing candidates with CV writing and interview techniques.
