We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Lecturer in Plumbing with the potential to deliver outstanding student achievement and a commitment to driving forward the provision of Plumbing within the Division to ensure student success.

As an ambitious Trainee Lecturer, you will work closely with all the Curriculum Managers and the Programme leader/s responsible for the relevant course provision to maintain and develop the curriculum and maintain the excellent results within the Division. You will also liaise with other Cross-College areas to enhance the student experience.

As a Lecturer A your contact teaching hours, relevant to subject specialism, will increase as you gain in skills and experience.

Ideally, you already possess a PGCE or Certificate in Education. However should you not have this, the College has an excellent Staff Development programme where a recognised teaching qualification can be gained.

Qualified to degree level, you will possess knowledge of current issues in Further Education relating to the curriculum area and of current City and Guilds and BPEC specifications. Ideally, you will also have the ability to display excellent teaching skills.
