Group Curriculum Director – English GCSE & Functional Skills
Salary: Circa £65K more for an exceptional candidate
We are looking for a dynamic professional with a proven track record of success and a genuine desire to play a pivotal role in the strategic development of the College’s English provision. You will plan, lead and develop an appropriate curriculum for learners across college campuses. The successful candidate will also formulate and execute a clear strategic approach to the English curriculum in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
You will also have the ability to manage staff performance and coach individuals to reach their full potential, a relevant degree or equivalent qualification, are teacher trained and have both management and teaching experience.
For the right candidate this is a rare and exciting role offering an exceptional breadth of strategic and operational responsibility.
