HCUK Resourcing is part of The Hull College Group and is recruiting for more employees for its supply bank of teaching staff known as HCUK Recruitment Bureau. The HCUK Recruitment Bureau aim is to provide short-term quality teaching cover as and when required for students aged 16+. Salary in the range £23,345 - £31,344 (£12.79 to £17.17 per hour with an additional holiday enhancement, Variable hours).

The post holder will work with students studying GCSE English, providing a consistently high level of teaching and support to achieve student targets and maximise their value added grades and progress.

The post holder will need to be innovative in their teaching methods and must take the lead for their curriculum area whilst demonstrating flexibility, enthusiasm and most importantly a commitment to the student journey.

The ability to inspire learners is essential as well as the ability to work as part of a well-established team of professionals. The successful candidate will be level 3/4 qualified in the subject specialism and hold a Certificate of Education/PGCE or be willing to work towards this. You should be capable of working with a wide range of students, and demonstrate excellent oral, written and presentation skills
