We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to provide individual and group specialist support according to learner need within a wide range of classes.

This vital role ensures that each student with additional learning support needs receives appropriate support, equipment and materials to help them achieve and progress.

The following qualifications are required for the post:

• Level 2 Maths and English, minimum GSCE grade C or equivalent (or commitment to gain one within 2 years)
• Either Level 3 Education & Training qualification or Level 3 Award in Supporting Teaching & Learning in Schools (or suitable alternative qualification)

This post will suit someone with excellent interpersonal skills, good organisational skills and the ability to work both within a team and independently.
