SIAS (Science Industry Assessment Services) Business Leader

This position is based in Warrington and is a full time, permanent position.

An exciting opportunity to take the lead and be responsible for a highly successful End Assessment Organisation.

Reporting to the Cogent Skills Group CEO, this role will give you the opportunity to further develop and grow this new business as the Apprenticeship reforms take shape.

With your team of direct staff and assessors, you will have full responsibility for the P&L, setting and achieving targets and operational delivery of the service.

Working with the CEO and FD, you will develop the business strategy for growth, establish best operating practice and use of technology, identify new product and market opportunities and marketing strategies to establish the position of SIAS in the end assessment market place as an expert, trusted partner for the science industry companies and their Apprentices.

SIAS is part of the well-established and respected Cogent Skills Group of companies and SIAS will be celebrating its 4th birthday in January 2019.

If you are experienced in this business field, have a good understanding of the external market and have previously led a business unit to success we would like to speak further to you.

Remuneration/Benefits

• Salary circa £50,000 - £55,000 (dependent on experience);
